Important — accuracy disclaimer. JobVisor provides automated analysis, scores, sponsorship insights, and recommendations as guidance only. This information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and is not guaranteed to be 100% correct. You are responsible for independently verifying every metric, score, and suggestion before relying on or acting on it. JobVisor does not guarantee any job, interview, sponsorship, or hiring outcome.

1. What JobVisor does

JobVisor is a browser extension that helps job seekers — particularly international students — evaluate LinkedIn job postings. It provides a quick apply/skip review, H-1B sponsor history insights, a resume match score tailored to the job, an international friendliness score, and optional daily goal and streak tracking.

2. Accuracy and no guarantees

All data and analysis are provided "as is" and for informational purposes only. Specifically:

H-1B and sponsorship information is drawn from public records and may not reflect a company's current or future sponsorship intentions.
Resume match scores, keyword suggestions, and friendliness scores are generated by automated models and may contain errors or omissions.
None of the output constitutes immigration, legal, career, or financial advice.
You must confirm and verify every metric, recommendation, and data point yourself before making decisions based on it.

JobVisor and its operator are not liable for any decision made, application submitted, or outcome experienced based on the Service's output.

3. Your responsibilities

You will use the Service lawfully and only for your own personal job search.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your own resume and the decisions you make.
You will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, abuse, or resell the Service.
You will not use the Service to violate LinkedIn's or any third party's terms.

4. Your data and privacy

Your resume is stored locally on your own device. When you run an analysis, only the data needed for that analysis is sent for processing. We do not sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Free and paid plans

The Freemium plan is free and includes daily usage limits. Paid plans (OPTium, H1Boost Pass, and Stamped) are coming soon and will remove those limits. Pricing and features for paid plans are not final and may change before launch. When paid plans become available, billing terms, renewals, and cancellation rights will be presented at checkout.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Features described on our website may be in development and are not guaranteed. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Not affiliated with LinkedIn

JobVisor is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any employer mentioned in job listings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and JobVisor's operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
